During the Iconian War that year, the Lumbee was part of the Third Fleet, which was completely annihilated in a Herald attack, without even getting off a distress signal. (Bait and Switch: "All In") The Lumbee appears to be named for North Carolina's Lumbee tribe, suggesting it may be intended as a Cheyenne-class or Dakota-class starship.
