Billy Fox is the infant son of two-time Grammy award winner, Ginger Fox. He made his first appearance in the episode, iFix a Pop Star, when the director brought him to his mother. Billy is not taken care of very well, because Ginger often loses him and usually doesn't spend time with him. His mother mistakenly believes his name is Brian as well. He is apparently a distance pee-er. Carly, Sam, and Freddie had to babysit Billy for a short while.
