The Sea Judges are a trio of judicial marine creatures from Fishy Business. The Fishsionary tricked them into arresting and imprisoning the Bagges for crimes against fish-kind. They later arrest the Fishsionary for betraying and deceiving them, and release Courage, Muriel, and Eustace from custody. The judges sentence the Fishsionary to be sent to The Bowl for rehabilitation, just as they did to the Bagges.
