Story by Ron Shiflet, published in Rehearsals for Oblivion (Act I). Set in Autumn 1925 in the same Alternate 1920s as The Repairer of Reputations. Mention is made of tensions between the USA and Suanee. The protagonist, Mr Hollister, visits the bookseller Reuben Rothstein where he discovers a book called Yellow is the Coilor of Tomorrow and buys it. The books of Howard Lovejoy are also mentioned. After reading the book, Hollister dreams of the city of Hastur and a place called Ythyll. Eventually he kills himself in the Washington Square lethal chamber.
