Rumolov, born in the cold country of Sovieta, has risen through the ranks of the Marines and has become one of the primary members of the special froup called Black Eagles. He is a legend in his mother country for being a patriot and his bravery against fighting a pirate armada during one of his country's greatest war against piracy. Rumolov would later find his destiny serving the Marines in order to get rid of the stronger pirates in the seas and hopefully, all of them.
