The Hedrikspool Province was a region located on the planet Bajor. In 2370, a new nature preserve was opened in the province. Vedek Bareil jokingly suggested to Kira they could talk about this instead of his speech about the Eighth Prophecy in the station's shrine. (DS9: "Shadowplay") According to Star Trek: Star Charts (p. 42), this province was located in Bajor's southern hemisphere.
