Stakoron II was the inhabited second planet in its star system. This system was located in the Gamma Quadrant. According to Krax, the Ferengi had opened negotiations with the inhabitants of this planet for their deposits of miszinite ore. (DS9: "The Nagus") This planet was only mentioned in dialogue. According to the script, the pronunciation for Stakoron was "ste-CORE-uhn". [1] According to Star Trek: Star Charts (p. 74), the Stakoron system was a binary system with a F-class star and an A-class star.
