Nathaniel Brown is a billionaire business mogul, and the CEO of the construction company, Santeau Group. Following the Aug Incident in 2027, Brown vows to make 'safe havens' for augmented people where they can be free to live and work without discrimination, with the first of these cities being Rabi'ah. As he is also a firm believer in arcological design, he envisions the city to have zero-footprint and to be fully self-sufficient. Due to his support for augmented people and hiring them to work on Rabi'ah, he has become involved in social politics about the technology.
