Octocat is the secondary antagonist of the animated TV show Spliced. She is a mutant who worked as the minion of Mr. Smarty Smarts, but she was also his closest confidente and friend. She is a few of the only mutants to not speak, instead conversing in meows. Despite this, the other mutants still understand what she is saying. Before the Doctor got arrested, she was blasted with a ray to become a super-soldier with Fuzzy Snuggums. She is known to sometimes make Octocupcakes (Sugar Low).
