Mr. Bloom is the father of Stuart Bloom. He is first mentioned in "The Friendship Contraction" when Sheldon asks Stuart if his parents alive and Stuart says that they are but his grandparents are not. In "The Commitment Determination", he calls Stuart to wish him a Happy Birthday.
