The Borough of London was a major part of downlevel Coruscant. Thought to be part of the original city that eventually wrapped itself lovingly around the planet, it also spawned the British Coruscanti accent that most Imperial officers were almost required to have in order to rise to the upper echelons of rank and society. Throughout the millennia of the Galactic Republic, the original city was built over many times; unfortunately, most of it was lost due to the miscalculations of an eight-year-old Jax Pavan.
