Uso was a commoner who owned the Red Vine Sake House, a small inn of the second City known for serving every form of alcohol available in the Colonies other than sake, as shochu and plum wine. He had sworn to a Unicorn Merchant Patron who arranged for shipments of foreign alcohols, even from lands such as Medinaat al-Salaam.
