Arnoth Draenell was a male scout for the Galactic Republic who discovered the Bissillirus system after his scout ship's hyperdrive cut out. While the crew fixed the hyperdrive, Draenall mapped the system, including all five planets and noted that it would serve well as a resupply stop for the newly established Terr'skiar Pass. Draenall's expedition was cut short when the crew made first contact with the xenophobic Inchichtok species after leaving the system.
