Manus was a male Chiss officer of the Sith Empire living during the Cold War and Galactic War. Stationed in Kaas City on Dromund Kaas, he used the Bounty Brokers Association to put a bounty onto a Sith Lord, who tried to recruit Exchange forces to her service.
