The Pepespray Pub was a small pub on New Pepeka owned and operated by a Rybet pubtender. The establishment appeared small, with a door only allowing access to Pepe-sized customers and perches for Pepes instead of barstools. However, the pubtender could operate a series of cranks to raise the entire establishment up on a hydraulic system, and also raise up a thick door and stools, allowing access and service for taller customers (who rarely visited New Pepeka). Since the Pepes were poor, more likely to beg money from the pubtender than to make purchases, and drank nothing but cheap hot cocoa when they did make purchases, he did not do a good business, and welcomed heartily offworld clients.
