Princess Rakma appears in the The Wolf Queen, Book V. She is described as a member of royalty in Farrun, High Rock in 3E 120. Uriel Septim III, son of King Mantiarco of Solitude, spent a great deal of time with her. However when time came to more serious matters, marriage between them was due to political reasons. It was arranged by Uriel's mother Wolf Queen Potema and her goal was to keep Farrun as an ally in times of need.
