Steel dragons can be found in Brimhaven Dungeon (and its resource variant), Ghorrock and Kuradal's Dungeon (slayer task needed). Steel dragons can be easily accessed; simply use the nearest lodestone to the location, and one should get there within a few minutes. Steel dragons are spread quite far, so long-ranged attacks will be helpful when killing them. Any rune items collected should be immediately alched, while other nice rares should be kept in your inventory. Steel dragons are one of the few monsters capable of dropping the draconic visage and a select few who can drop the Clue scroll (elite).
