They appeared in “The Finale” where they attended the trail of Jerry, Elaine, George, and Kramer in Latham County. After Dr. Wexler mentioned about Susan's death, Henry accused George of being a murderer while Mrs. Ross claimed that George knew the envelopes she licked were toxic. While the jury was deciding the verdict, Henry was seen purchasing a gun, possibly to kill George. He and Mrs. Ross were among those thrilled that George, Jerry, Elaine, and Kramer were found guilty. Mr. and Mrs. Ross also have a son, Ricky.
