  • Herbert Paul Latham, known as Sir Paul Latham, 2nd Baronet from 1931, (22 April 1905 - 24 July 1955) was a Conservative Party politician. From 1928-34 Latham was a member of the London County Council, representing Lewisham East as a member of the Conservative-backed Municipal Reform Party. In 1931 he was elected to the House of Commons as MP for Scarborough and Whitby in Yorkshire. He was forced to resign from the Commons in 1941 when he was found guilty of ten charges of indecent conduct and imprisoned for two years.
