In Shells, Mike becomes a successful pirate captain; even going as far as to become associated with one of the Four Emperors of the New World. Despite the pedigree of the crew and their captain's successes, the members of the 2nd Generation Jolly Pirates aren't as focused on as much as their successors, the 3rd Generation Jolly Pirates, who so happen to be the children of the 2nd Generation Jolly Pirates and grandchildren of the Original Generation Jolly Pirates. However, the crew does appear during the Sargasso/Mask Incident as allies of the Sargasso Pirates. The crew's ship is named The Jolly MK III. Named after their predecessors' beloved ship, The Jolly MK II. This makes The Jolly MK III the third incarnation and installment of the original Jolly Holiday.
