- Magog was a rock monster from The Cave of the Wizards. It was given it's name from Dr. Smith. It was played by Paul Kessler in an uncredited role.
- Magog is the "keeper of the balance" and general leader of the giants in Jack and the Beanstalk: The Real Story. Magog is the leader that oversees the trial of Jack Robinson. Magog enjoys writing, reading and other academic and intellectual affairs. However when he's not deep in thought or work, he is often meddling into the affairs of others. Magog was the one that sent the Bent Little Man to sell the first Jack the magic beans, and thus holds himself somewhat responsibile for the entire mess created as a result.

It may represent Hebrew for "from Gog", though this is far from certain. Magog is often associated with apocalyptic traditions, mainly in connection with Ezekiel 38 and 39 which mentions "Gog of the land of Magog, prince of Rosh, Meshech and Tubal"; on the basis of this mention, "Gog and Magog" over time became associated with each other as a pair.

Queen Christina of Sweden reckoned herself as number 249 in a list of kings going back to Magog.
