Biography
  • Ken Dillard is a former NASCAR driver from Inman, SC. He competed in six Goody's Dash Series events in his career. Dillard's debut came in 1986, competing in two events at Charlotte. In 1987, Dillard entered one event, competing in the season opening Komfort Koach 200 at Daytona. He qualified 38th out of 44 cars and finished 20th, completing 68 out of 100 laps. The race was marred by the death of Richmond, Virginia driver Joe Young, during a lap 27 accident. Dillard competed his final Dash Series races in 1992, entering four events. He competed at Summerville Speedway, New River Valley Speedway and Florence I-95 Speedway. He had one DNQ during the year, due to a blown engine during practice at the Myrtle Beach Speedway.
