It even makes dogs and cats bow, felling other beasts like cows, and mammoths, and lions too. Billow the Slave was the only human who claimed never to have been able to read it. In fact, he says, the wall was just a wall, with no runes scratches, or anything on it, "more a cliff face really." It was forbidden to touch the wall.
