He tried on several occasions to get Hallas to act against Simbacca, succeeding on one occasion, but always avoiding taking direct action against Simbaca.

We walked into Barca and the bartender gives me THAT LOOK like I'm walkng into some forklift-operator bar in Renton and I'm thinking, "Oh fukkoff, you dickwad. You are next to a bondage store and two doors down from a gay bar and you give that that look?" Asswipe." The lounge is over-decorated tacky kitsch in a really lame attempt to be, I think, romantic. I don't know what it's like in the evening but I hear it's popular for some reason.

Barca personally despises the Exo-fleet and hates working with them, he considers Simbacca a fool for allying with them and actively fights the alliance at every turn. Shortly before the arrival of Marsh and DeLeon to Tethys, Barca began working for Phaeton to disrupt the alliance between the Pirate Clans and Exo-fleet. He tried on several occasions to get Hallas to act against Simbacca, succeeding on one occasion, but always avoiding taking direct action against Simbaca. When Typhonus arranged for Barca to "capture" a NeoSapien ship, he enlisted the aide of other Pirates who felt the same as he did about the alliance. Taking Able Squad prisoner, and enlisting Hallas in his crew of mutineers, the plan to kill Simbacca and Winfield seemed set to go. However, Hallas never truly joined Barca and managed to spring Able Squad and escape from the Pirate warship Cobra before it exploded killing Barca and most of the renegade pirates.

Se cree que llegó a estudiar algo durante el curso 2006/2007 (los expertos siguen intentando demostrarlo) pero la única prueba hallada hasta la fecha es haberlo visto de cañas con compañeros de la escuela en Kite's. En el curso 2007/2008 deja nuestro Mayor para adentrarse en desoladoras tierras 'polacas', donde pretende perfeccionar su catalán de Torrevieja mientras se prepara una carrera que sirve para vender más cosas y hacerme especulador. Tras un año de barcelonismo, en octubre de 2008 decidió aparcar su amago de carrera y volver a Torrevieja a buscar trabajo allí. Tras un infructuoso mes, Barca volvió con el rabo entre las piernas a Madriz para trabajar como informático bajo el lema "si Cerde pudo, yo también". Tras una temporada habitando en piso de amigos y familiares consiguió encontrar un trabajo y más tarde un piso con compañero y todo. No contento, decidió dejar el trabajo (eso sí una vez había cobrado la paga extra de navidad y con la cesta de navidad bien agarrada) para comenzar en serio su vida laboral en una empresa donde no era el único despojo procedente de este colegio. Al parecer eso tampoco fue suficiente para él, así que decidió partir buscando costas más cálidas en la Pérfida Albión, donde disfruta del clima local y de la compañía de la prima de cierto excolegial. Barca ha aprovechado su estancia en el extranjero para aficionarse (y extender esa afición) a la gastronomía local. Tras una reciente visita a Salamanca y dada su facilidad para entablar conversación con la gente, sobre todo de género femenino, se le ha empezado a conocer como icebreaker
