  • Chuck Pascal

  • the first suit in our state to challenge the choice of paperless, unverifiable electronic voting machines. Our argument was that the the PA State Constitution gives citizens a voice by way of a referendum when counties move to an electronic voting system. Chuck prepared a great case and won big time in Commonwealth Court, only to have the PA Supreme Court overturn the decision (with less than 24 hours deliberation, and a goofy opinion that came months later.) Anyway he did a great job, and he truly cares about transparent and fair elections.
