  • George Brumley, Jr. was the Chairman of Pediatrics and Associate Dean at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. He received an A.B from Duke University in 1956. Brumley joined the faculty at Emory in 1981 as the Frances Winship Walter Professor and Chairman of Pediatrics. He died with his wife and three children in a plane crash in Kenya in 2003.
