(Star Trek: The Stoneship Files: "Rode the 300") It was an university that granted doctoral degrees in comparative history in the 2390s; one doctoral student (and later graduate) in comparative history composed an holographic program set in the 2012 Quebec tuition crisis, Tuition Crisis, that was later used as an awareness-raising tool by Brianna Reiss and Urie on their homeworld.
