| abstract | - Taco Chicken Drummettes 1/2 cup flour 1 envelope taco seasoning mix 3 lbs. chicken drummettes 6 T. butter or margarine 1 cup crushed corn chips In plastic bag, mix flour and taco seasoning mix. Add 2 to 3 chicken pieces at a time. Shake to coat. Melt butter in jelly roll pan. Put chicken in pan. Turning once to butter surfaces, then roll in corn chips, return to pan.
