* Edited: If you mean "good guy" as in that he'll fight against Aizen, then it's quite possible. But the fact of the matter is, Grimmjow is an arrancar, he would never be accepted by Soul Society. Arrancars are originally Hollows. Even Vizards, who were originally Shinigami, were to be executed. He'll most likely be the Vegeta of Bleach, helping Ichigo out whenever it involves him as well.
