The Yin chakra that is present will infuse with the lightning chakra into order to change the the function of lightning to possess a slightly different ability. Motegi will funnel the accumulated chakra out of his fingertips creating a string of red lightning that specifically attacks any living organism other than the user. Due to the yin chakra that is present in the technique the lightning is red in coloration and rather than shock the targets when it hits it instantly incapacitates them and begins to siphon the victim's bio-electricity and supercharge their body's electrons to rapidly increase the rate of cell division effectively aging them at an accelerated pace. During this process the targets will feel as if they are being violently strangled. This technique rapidly kills the targets and effectively shuts down their body from having their bio-electricity absorbed and at the same time causes rapid aging due to the massive increase of the rate of their cell division cycle. Lightning Release: Bio Shock technique was also meant to be used on a large amount of enemies, and is one of Motegi's deadliest techniques. As a result of the horrific effects of the technique, the 4th Raikage deemed it a kinjutsu, but Motegi still uses it anyhow. The only known way to stop this technique is to inflict an injury to Motegi, setting him in a genjutsu, or some other way to break his concentration.
