This means that will buy out any shoppe/stall which sells below them, allowing them to still make profits as their products get sold. "P7" strongly believes that having commodities on the market a lower price for a longer period of time will make all prices drop which would start an instopable paywar. Therefor they see it as their duty to keep the prizes at a level which is still profitable for the other stall and shoppe owners, but which also keeps the products very interesting to be bought buy all costumers.
