* This is Lacey's fourth appearance, and it confirms that she was indeed the girl who was with Vanessa's friends in "Brain Drain" and "Dude, We're Getting the Band Back Together", as well as the Unnamed Jinx Clone in the Mix and Mingle Machine.
* This is the second time Lacey sings when she appears. ("Cheer Up Candace"-She is part of the Danville Chorus singing the chorus for "Mix and Mingle Machine")
* Disney's Friends for Change: The last line of the Anthem is taken from the group's old anthem, "Send It On". Mitchel Musso, who plays Jeremy, and Ashley Tisdale, who plays Candace, are both a part of this group.
* High school clubs: This episode plays on the idea that clubs are a great way to meet people, since Stacy and Jenny now know Vanessa, Lacey, and Johnny, as well as Candace knowing Lacey and Johnny.
* Only Candace already knew Vanessa, from seeing her in "S'Winter", "Finding Mary McGuffin", and SBTY, as well as hearing Ferb say her name in SBTY.
* Teen Titans: The fact that Lacey looks almost like Jinx. (Or is it Jynx?)
