De special attack zal niet lukken op doelwitten die niet aangevallen kunnen worden, zoals een speler op een PvP world die een te hoog of te laag combat level heeft om aangevallen te worden. Omdat de special attack op magie gebaseerd is, krijgt de speler Magic en Defence experience. Tijdens het gevecht met de pest queen tijdens The Void Stares Back heeft het zwaard een andere special attack, die slechts 15% van de special attack bar verbruikt. De aanval wordt gebruikt om de special attack van de pest queen, die meer dan 500 lifepoints kan afdoen, te blokken. Als de speler het zwaard tijdens de quest verliest, kan het opnieuw verkregen worden door te praten met Korasi of Jessika, afhankelijk van wie gered werd. The player cannot purchase a second Korasi's sword from Tyr if one is already owned; however, the player can bypass this by utilising the drop trick. Augmenting Korasi's sword will also allow the player to purchase a second sword, provided they do not already own another unaugmented Korasi's sword. These methods can be repeated to purchase as many swords as desired.

It deals up to 300% weapon damage as magic damage, which also hits any foe adjacent to the player. The special attack makes the sword very powerful, as it can hit with very close to the same power as Ultimate abilities like Overpower without fully draining the players adrenaline if at full. It is useful in defeating the Pest Queen. Use of this special attack converts some of the experience from the death of the target into Magic-style experience, as determined by the combat settings of the player: Magic, Defence, or Magic and Defence. Therefore a player can expect slightly less then normal experience going towards a melee combative skill they are training unless they've chosen to only receive Defence experience from magical combat.
