Whilst drinking at the Blue Whale tavern, Jack became visibly shaken upon seeing the Naga Tattoo on the wrist of Paul Stoddard. He recognized the Naga as "a creature without a soul that has to find a soul in order to be real". Jack revealed he once sailed on a ship out of Manila that was haunted. (899)
