Synopsis
  • Before Ollie can loose an arrow, Lt. Cameron shows up, and arrests JoJo. He says that his failure to use the proper channels in the past led to further copycat murders, and this time he would do things right. Oliver reminds him that if the proper channels don't work, he'll be available.
  • Oliver reports to Lt. Cameron before studying his prey. He trails JoJo in all of activities, and captures him abusing one of his prostitutes on film. After assuring himself that he can perform a quick and humane kill-shot, Oliver begins his hunt. He starts by firing an arrow into the table that JoJo is eating at in a restaurant. The arrow has a note attached, reading "A man should know when." Later, he fires an arrow through JoJo's window reading "And how." Finally, Ollie appears in JoJo's home, with a third arrow with a message reading "And why."
  • As Green Arrow, he tracks down the former room mate of Gretchen Thomas - one of the copycat's victims, and a prostitute. When she realizes that Ollie really does care about the lives and safety of prostitutes, she tells him that the man he seeks is JoJo Wilson, a pimp. She reveals his connection between Gretchen Thomas and the first victim, Megan Samuels. With this information, Oliver vows to do whatever it takes to get justice.
  • Oliver Queen agrees to track down the real killer in a series of copycat murders, after Lt. Cameron pinned the copycat crimes on a serial killer he had been chasing for years prior.
  • JoJo runs, and Ollie corners him in an alley, while revealing that he knows all the details of the pimp's murders. JoJo surrenders, expecting there to be little evidence to convict him. Oliver keeps his bow trained on him, stating that this isn't about the law, but rather justice.
quotation
  • I don't have to prove anything. This has nothing to do with the law. It has to do with justice.
