Although he appears to be feeble and unprepared for combat, Mung is known for his devious intelligence and skill in technology and engineering as he made incredible inventions which assisted Dregg in his plans for conquering Earth. One of his inventions was the Microbots, computerized nanobots which are capable of building anything Dregg wanted within only hours.

Exactly what happened to Mung afterwards is unknown, though it's strongly implied that he may have been eaten alive by the Microbots freed by Dregg.
