| abstract | - Black Blood (2008) was an ewrestling pay-per-view event produced by EWE and took place on 13 June 2008 at the Civic Arena in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The event featured talent from both Thunder and Xplosion as well as Punk Wrestling Extreme. Black Blood 2008 featured a double main event, a one-on-one contest between World Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar against Kaine and an Armageddon Cell match between EWE Champion Hwoarang and Shawn Jackson. Black Blood also featured a 4-Corners 16-Man Elimination Tag Team match with a team representing both brands of EWE and both brands of PWE and an Armageddon match between Megaman Champion Baine and Kin Jazama. An Armageddon match is a No DQ match in which the only way a superstar can be pinned is if they are bleeding. An Armageddon Cell match has the same rules except in a Hell in a Cell-esque structure.
