| Biography | - Jean Francois Dumoulin is a part-time Canadian Tire Series driver from Trois-Rivieres, Quebec. He usually competes with the tour when it races at Trois-Rivieres. He has earned two top-tens in three starts thus far in his career.
Dumoulin, though, was most impressive in his first ever Nationwide Series event, which came at Montreal in August 2009. Despite heavy damage that made his hood nearly block his view of the track and a broken radiator, Dumoulin managed to finish the race in 7th place, a best-ever finish for the #23 R3 Motorsports team.
