Drizzle melted butter over bread cubes, whisk together milk, cream, eggs, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, orange zest and salt in a medium mixing bowl until well blended. Pour over bread. Place baking dish in a large pan and place in oven. Fill larger pan with hot water until it reaches halfway up the sides of the baking dish. Bake at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve warm or chilled. Source: Unknown
