The rest of his year wasn't so good either. The qualifier event was the only race he finished, as Raley struggled to pull together good finishes. He managed just two top-twenty finishes, bested by a 15th at Richmond. After a frustrating 39th place finish at Martinsville, Raley would not compete in another event.
