| Desirability | - Fencing gloves of fidelity provide better defensive bonuses than most other non-artifact gauntlets , and are quite desirable overall since they provide these bonuses with very little weight. The charisma bonus is also nice, but usually not too important to most PCs unless they are relying on pets a lot. The main downside of fencing gloves is the fact that they are made of leather, which makes them more susceptible to damage than iron-based gauntlets as well as not being able to be improved by smithing .
Cursed gloves/gauntlets do not allow to equip/unequip rings.
