  • In House M.D. - Critical Cases, supplies are a type of resource used to advance through the game. They come in six types * IV bag - Green - Glandular * Tongue depressor - Purple - Digestive * Oxygen mask - Red - Heart * Syringe - Yellow - Chemical * Gauze - Blue - Body * Thermometer - White - Head Supplies are gained by treating clinic patients with Meds. All clinic cases are color coded and must be treated with the appropriate med, so the player's availablity of supplies depends entirely on the random chance of finding a clinic patient who needs treatment with the appropriate med. Supplies can be purchased for 2 House Credits each, but cannot be purchased directly with Budget. Supplies are also needed to treat the main patient. In each stage, only one type of Supply is needed, but the quantity may range from one in lower rounds to a few dozen in the higher rounds.
  • Supplies are single-use items for use in combat by the Agent or by Heroes. They are accessed from the Agent's inventory and therefore can only be used while the Agent is active. If the Agent is Knocked Out, the remaining Heroes cannot use supplies for the rest of the fight. Also the USA used Supply Drop Zones, support structures which received supply crates from C-130 Hercules transport aircrafts. Supplies were processed immediately upon landing. Since all supplies eventually drain, it's a good idea to quickly switch one's economy to hacking, criminal fundraising activities, dropping, petroleum, or scavenging, to get access to unlimited funds from off-battlefield sources. The GLA, in their long experience of scavenging the battlefield, may recognize rubbish or enemy "leftovers" as a sort of "supplies" for them. They may collect it with any infantry or it can upgrade the weapons of several of their vehicles. Veteran GLA vehicle operators may be trained to do some vehicle repair with whatever they can find on the battlefield.

Due to an RP decision, members of the Azure League, Jade Hand, Earthen Order, and Court of Violets currently earn 10% fewer Supplies than the default. The Supplies earned by trading are based solely upon the sales price, not the buy price or the profit. The following chart shows estimated values for the number of Supplies earned per crate at each color level. Supplies are only earned from combats when they're fought during a patrol, and only certain combats earn Supplies.
