  • weat Operation T.R.E.E.S. (Tale Recalls Earlier Enviornment Seussonically) is the "lost episode" of Codename: Kids Next Door. While most episodes of KND managed to get on the air, Operation T.R.E.E.S. was one of the rejected. It would have featured a plotline similar to that of Dr. Seuss's book "The Lorax", with an art style to match. Numbuh 362 would have been the narrator of the story, and the Sector Treehouses would have been equivalent to the trees cut down in the book. However, the episode was so similar to the book it was based upon, copyright law got in the way as Mr. Warburton needed to ask permission from Dr. Seuss's estate. Unfortunately, the episode never was published.
