Later, after Clive the Donkey confessed that he dressed up as a Trooper to teach his tormentors a lesson, George and Mildred were surprised that the "wimp" could help Tails escape from a Trooper ship. The three of them shook hands and the couple presumably ceased teasing the donkey.
