  • __NOWYSIWYG__ It's been months since Korra ended. And while I'm not very active around the community, I've yet to see a thread like this. So, as we all know, the monarchy of the Earth Kingdom had fallen, as well as the Earth Empire leading to Wu changing the nation from a monarchy to a democracy. With this in mind, it feels quite odd to have the article and the page constantly refer to the nation as a Kingdom now that Wu dismantled it.

The Earth Kingdom article seems outdated in this respect and while true, we don't know the name of the new democratic Earth nation, we do know that the monarchy is no longer the case and that it should be changed. AvatarKatar (wall • contribs) 19:25, March 20, 2015 (UTC) Wu merely announced his intent to end the monarchy, at the point the series ended, all he had was an idea. Whether it succeeded or was even implemented at all isn't known, so the article is not outdated. Omnibender - Talk - Contributions 20:27, March 20, 2015 (UTC) Per Omni: and idea, an intent =/= a successful implementation. 11:33, March 21, 2015 (UTC) I oppose per the same reasons LL and Omnibender have. It's just an idea until proven canon. Plus, we wouldn't know what the new Earth Kingdom would be called. Just going ove to call it Earth Nation or anything of the sort would be speculation as of right now. 14:26, March 21, 2015 (UTC)
