  • Staghound Armored Car
rdfs:comment
  • While it has a functioning main gun, unlike the Cromwell Command Tank, its better suited against infantry and light to medium vehicles, with only a 37mm gun. More than 1 may be produced, too. However, the Staghound doesn't provide any bonuses to other British tanks. It is practically the same model as the American T17, albeit there are several differences. The Staghound, for instance, cannot use Phosphorus rounds to blind enemy vehicles.

abstract
  • While it has a functioning main gun, unlike the Cromwell Command Tank, its better suited against infantry and light to medium vehicles, with only a 37mm gun. More than 1 may be produced, too. However, the Staghound doesn't provide any bonuses to other British tanks. It is practically the same model as the American T17, albeit there are several differences. The Staghound, for instance, cannot use Phosphorus rounds to blind enemy vehicles. Despite having the same weapons as the T17, the Staghound easily suppresses enemy infantry once it is upgraded with a 50.cal MG. This makes the Stuart obsolete once Staghounds are obtainable, as both vehicles require the same amount of resources, yet the Staghound has more health, which is odd (An armoured car has more health than a tank). A Staghound with a Sherman Firefly are forces to be reckoned with, and should be avoided or destroyed quickly, as the awesome AT power of the Firefly combined with the suppressing ability of the Staghound is a deadly combination. It might be best to completely avoid a British defense line supplemented with the two.
