  • Spinning in his grave
rdfs:comment
  • Spinning (or turning, or rolling) in his/her grave is what a dead author does when his or her Word Worlds are the subject of badfic. In the case of some of them, like J.R.R. Tolkien, this is so common that generators have been hooked up to their graves and they supply power for the PPC. This is overseen by the Department of Dead Author Electricity Generation, run by the Slaver Sunflower. However, depending on this phenomenon has occasionally let the PPC down: see Canon Love and the 2006 Power Cut.
