During the Extant War, Sokolov was one of four architects behind the founding and formation of the Galactic Emergency Coalition, an alliance between nearly all of the galactic community's major military and political powers in opposition to the onslaught of the Charon Dominion. At some point prior to the Charon Invasion, Sokolov made use of the Brotherhood of Sicarius, with Xaga Terron even once recalling his former order's assassination of several members of the Corporate Sector Authority on Sokolov's bidding.
