| abstract | - Howell Rice also known as Commando X is a black supremacist and a villain in the Static Shock comics. Originally, he went up against white supremacist groups but Commando began bombing innocent white buildings such as Jewish temple which caused the deaths of some people and the Jews to riots. Static arrives and calms down the riots but Commando X escaped. The Commando's second target turns out to be Static's high school. Dakota High. Static foils the Commando's attempt but the supremacist escapes. During a peace rally, X tries to bomb the attendants of the rally. However, Static arrived and stopped the bombs and caught Commando X. During his arrest, X claims the deaths of his bombings as casualties.
