  • Robin's been found dead! And that's not an easy thing to face – especially when you're Tim Drake! In this pre-RED ROBIN tale, Tim and Batman must solve the murder of an impostor Robin and follow the trail of someone putting together a new team of teenaged sidekicks made up of kids who've been promised that they'll become the new Robin…IF they survive! Shipping both issues of this stand alone tale in December! Summary of Stephness: As Batman and Robin face their foes, Oracle lets Batman know that Stephanie has teamed up with Huntress to protect the Penguin.

Summary of Stephness: As Batman and Robin face their foes, Oracle lets Batman know that Stephanie has teamed up with Huntress to protect the Penguin. * Behind the Scenes: This story appears to be a pre-Batman RIP tale, but one that does feature Spoiler, so either pre-War Games, or during the split second between Steph's return and Batman's "death." Probably contemporaneous to the Robin/Spoiler special. It wasn't collected or made available digitally, so it's hard to say at this time (2016). It was originally solicited and still appears on DC's website for December 15th (), but according to The Batman Universe's reviews, was actually released on December 22 (, ). Mike's Amazing World dates the comic on Decemter 15, 2010 (). Dating this story in-universe is very tricky (made trickier by the lack of availability). Steph is Spoiler, so it obviously can't be during her run as Robin, during War Games, or during her run as Batgirl. This site () indicates that Akins is commissioner, which doesn't allow it to fit well during the Robin/Spoiler special timeframe, since Jim Gordon was commissioner that that time.
